At Low Carb, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our products; if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items. Due to the perishable nature of some foods, certain exclusions apply to ensure food safety for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request to ensure the products are eligible and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Safely package the unopened items in their original containers and affix the provided shipping label or address to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Process Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
